He’s performed at the Shelby County Bicentennial Torch Run in 2016; at the Indiana State Fair’s Pioneer Village Opry Barn in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2021; at the 2021 Indiana State Fair on the WISH TV Channel 8 show Indy Style; and at the Crossroads Songfarmer’s annual Concert In The Park at Blue River Memorial Park for 2021. If you live outside of Louisiana, perhaps you may happen upon Buck playing on street corners in New Orleans’ French Quarter, Fairgrounds/ Bayou Saint John or playing open mic nights at the historic restaurant and music venue Puffabelly’s Depot Restaurant and Saloon in Spring, Texas.
Proudly, two projects that Buck is involved with have been awarded Shelby County Bicentennial Legacy Project designation’s.
Annually, Buck and his band La Louisianne play Mardi Gras music for Mardi Gras Night at The Strand Theater in Shelbyville, Indiana and donate a portion of the proceeds to Shelbyville/Shelby County Animal Shelter.
During one benefit show on February 22nd, 2020, Buck and his band helped to raise over $600 and were honored to present it to the Shelby County United Fund (SCUFFY).
